FAQ's

1) How do I pay for Ruglets?

Payment is accepted either directly into the Ruglets bank account or via cheque when the booking is made, payment is for the full term.  

2) Are Ruglets coaches trained?

The head coach is Level 1 IRFU trained. All other coaches and assistants have in-house training sessions before commencing. All of our staff are Garda vetted.  The classes will be run by a head coach and an assistant where necessary.   

3) Are Ruglets sessions insured?

All ruglets classes are insured with public liability insurance. 

4) What do the children bring to classes?

The children should be dressed comfortably and wear runners. There is an option to buy a Ruglets kit. Please do bring along plenty of water for rehydrating. (Water is encouraged rather than fizzy drinks)

5) What does a class include?

The Ruglets classes include warm up games , modified rugby skills and drills and lots of fun to help build self-esteem and improve social skills. 

6) How involved are the parents?

Parental involvement in essential for the 2-3 1/2 year olds. Parental supervision is required for the 3 1/2-5 year olds. Parental involvement is not necessary for the 5-7 year olds but is always welcome.
